Hadith Whoever makes things easy for someone in need, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter.

Hadith Whoever makes things easy for someone in need, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter.

"The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

Whoever makes things easy for someone in need, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter."

The needy person is a poor person whose income is very small and he has few children or a large number of dependents. His income does not cover his expenses. Helping such a person in a dignified manner, arranging for his medical treatment and other needs, is providing ease for him. If he has taken a loan out of necessity, then giving him a period until he is able to repay it, or forgiving the loan, are all forms of providing ease. The Holy Quran says:

"And if he is in difficulty, then grant him respite until he is able to repay, and if you forgive him, it is better for you, if you only knew."

This verse has come in the context of the prohibition of interest. In the era of ignorance, if a loan was not repaid, interest on interest would continue to increase the principal amount, which would turn that small amount into a mountain and make it impossible to pay it. On the contrary, Allah Almighty ordered that if someone is in need, then let him not take interest and give him time until he can easily get the principal amount. And if you forgive the debt completely, it is even better.

What a difference there is between the Islamic system and the ignorant system in which the whole world is currently trapped! One is a system based on complete cruelty, callousness and selfishness, which squeezes out the last drop of blood from the poor. And the other is a system of compassion, cooperation and mutual support. If Muslims themselves do not adopt this blessed and completely merciful divine system, then what is the fault of Islam and what is the blame on Allah Almighty. I wish Muslims would understand the importance of their religion and be able to build their system of life on it. (Tafsir Ahsan Al-Bayan)
